We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist/Bookkeeper (m/f/d) for our medium-sized company, MPS Sägen GmbH, located in the Wasserliesch industrial area, to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours/week) starting January 1, 2025, or earlier.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent recording and allocation of booking transactions
• Payment processing
• Maintenance of master data
• Reconciliation of accounts payable
• Handling and resolving incoming payment reminders
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Your Profile:

• Solid training in accounting
• Professional experience in accounts payable is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics NAV, is a plus
• Accurate and structured work ethic
• Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Good command of English is desirable
