Our Summer Festival this Year – A Resounding Success

This year’s summer festival was a great success, bringing many wonderful moments of togetherness. The new production hall was transformed into a welcoming party venue with festively decorated tables and atmospheric décor. With delicious catering, refreshing drinks, and lively conversations among colleagues, a delightful atmosphere emerged.

Some of our employees hit the dance floor, and even a group Sirtaki dance added to the cheerful mood. A special highlight of the evening was the guessing game: a jar filled with jigsaw blades had to be guessed for its exact count. The three closest guesses were rewarded with fantastic prizes.

We also took the opportunity of this festive setting to honor our long-serving employees. Eight jubilarians were recognized for their 20 to 30 years of service with the company. A special mention goes to our longest-serving employee, Mr. Dirk Schmalenbach (Managing Director of Fassbender Remscheid, part of the Pott Group), who celebrated his 37th work anniversary this year – an impressive achievement that commands our utmost respect.
