The MPS brand has been on the market for more than 20 years. In this time, we have been able to optimize many things in production, respectively optimizing the quality of our saw blades. Our resumé: we produce top-quality saw blades with extremely long lifetimes – and due to the constant modernization of our production systems, we always stay competitive.
Our production always remains flexible so that we can respond to the requirements of our customers. We therefore offer our saw blades with very diverse shaft forms. In addition, our development department supports us with novel, unrivaled products and constant advancements and optimizations of existing products.
The electrical jigsaw is one of the most widely-used power tools next to the power drill and the cordless screwdriver. Statistically, every fourth German owns a jigsaw. This is due in part to its versatility – a jigsaw can be used to work on the following materials:
Woods:
Hard and soft wood, laminated fiberboard, plywood, bonded woods, faceplates.
Metals:
Rust-free VA steel, sheeting, non-ferrous heavy metals, steel, aluminum
Plastics:
Plexiglass, synthetics, glass fiber reinforced plastics
Miscellaneous materials:
Wood containing nails, prefabricated materials, sandwich materials, plasterboard
Abrasive materials:
Gas-aerated concrete, ceramic, glass
Our jigsaws are as versatile as the materials they can be used with. Due to the structure particular to each material, each one requires its own approach: the material type of the saw blade, blade strength, tooth pitch as well as tooth geometry has to be adjusted to the material used.
